Welcome socios!

• IMPORTANT: Only an active socio 2023/24 can pay for the trip deposit. 

• Each socio will choose their own flights & accommodations according to their travel arrangement. 

1. We recommend talking to fellow socios who are planning to go to Madrid to stay together to reduce cost. (Airbnb or hotels)
2. Where we recommend to stay: downtown Madrid close to Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol

• Trip deposit is $250. The full deposit amount will be applied towards your match ticket purchase. As we do not know the actual prices, Socios are responsible to pay for the rest of the tickets before the due date established by Real Madrid CF. Remember that our Peña do not benefit from ticket sales and do not set the prices.

• Deposits are not refundable after paid, there are no exceptions so make sure you make your arrangements before pay for it.

• Last day to pay your deposit is Wednesday 1/10/2024 at 7pm EST

• Tickets for the UCL and La Liga match are only for socios. This is the only way we have to guarantee that all socios will have a match ticket. 

• Each socio is responsible for their own expenses in Madrid. Madridistas Atlanta Inc, is not responsible for any expense related to socios.

• You must pick your match tickets in the selected place and times. (No exceptions). We will not be distributing tickets the day of the match.

• Segovia Visit is optional. Please be aware that the train will leave exactly at 9am but we need to get to the station at least 45 prior to departure to buy tickets. We recommend to purchase tickets online so you don’t have to get there before 8:50am.

• Please keep in mind that the Valdebebas (Real Madrid City) tour is not open to the public, is private therefore still to be confirmed by the Peña department. If confirmed:

1. Tour is only for socios and not for guests. No exceptions. If you bring a guest, they will have to stay outside Valdebebas in the cold. 
2. We will work on getting estimates for transportation from a central location in Madrid to take us there all together. We will inform you of the price and location when we have all the information.
3. After getting the estimate we strongly recommend you to use the transportation we will hire as peña. 
4. Those members and guests who decide not to, must be at the Valdebebvas employee entrance 30 minutes before 3:00pm that day. You will not be allowed to go in after the tour starts.

• By making the deposit payment you understand and agree to all stated above.

                                                  8:30pm. 2 minutes’ walk to enter the stadium

                                                  9:00 pm. Real Madrid v. RB Leipzig. 

Thursday, March 7, 2024. Visit to Segovia. (*4) OPTIONAL

                                                9:00am. High Speed Train to Segovia from Madrid Atocha train station. 

                                                                Ticket cost: €20-30 approx. 

                                                                Train trip duration: 30 minutes each way.

                                                11:00am Entrance to the Alcazar of Toledo (Optional)

                                                 6:00pm. Trip back from Segovia to Madrid.

                                                 We’ll eat lunch, tapas and drinks through the day

Friday, March 8, 2024. Bernabéu Museum (Confirmed) + Private Valdebebas Tour (TBC)  (*3)

                                                  9:30am. Bernabeu Museum tickets distribution and entrance.

                                                  2:00pm. Bus departure from Plaza de las Cortes square (TBC)

                                                  3:00pm. Valdebebas Tour

                                                  5:00pm. Bus departure to Plaza Mayor.
